一. Construction process and construction method of sound-absorbing panels

1. Installation on the wall

Wooden keel installation: If there is a wooden keel, drive the gun nails into the wooden keel at an oblique angle from the side of the sound-absorbing panel, which is 15 or 18mm thick.

Light steel keel installation: When the floor height is high or the fire protection requirements are high, the use of wooden keels may not be allowed. During construction, small pieces of wood spacers can be fixed on the light steel keel with self-tapping screws, and then the sound-absorbing panels can be fixed. On the wood chip, the specific construction method is the same as above, if it is directly installed on the light steel keel, it needs to be fixed with self-tapping screws.

Aluminum keel installation: screw the aluminum keel on the wall with self-tapping screws, and then put the sound-absorbing panel on the card on the aluminum keel.

2. Installation of the suspended ceiling When the top is a wooden keel, the installation method is the same as that of the wooden keel on the wall. When the top is a light steel keel, its installation method is the same as that of the light steel keel on the wall. When the top is an aluminum keel, the installation method is the same as that of the aluminum keel on the wall.

3. The treatment of seams can be divided into close stitching, adding decorative strips, and leaving seams.

二. Construction method

1. Open frame ceiling ----- When polyester fiberboard is used as open frame ceiling, it can be cut into small pieces and hoisted with T-shaped keel. The construction method is the same as that of traditional small plate ceiling.

2. Concealed frame ceiling ----- When the polyester fiberboard is used as a concealed frame ceiling, the polyester fiberboard can be connected to the keel by gluing or nailing. The edge and surface of the board can be modified with a utility knife to make various carving patterns, and the board can also be bent for easy modeling.

3. Space sound absorbing body ----- Polyester fiberboard has toughness and tensile strength, and can be directly connected to the edge of the board with clips or hangers.

4. Wall construction method

(A) When installing the polyester fiberboard wall with a reserved rear cavity, you can choose a straight card type light steel keel as the back-attached keel. On the finished solid wall additional wall keel, glue the polyester fiberboard or connect it with the light steel keel by nailing. Good flatness and strong stability.

(B) The method of pasting directly on the solid wall is as follows:

(1) Before construction, pay attention to the slight color difference in the selection and arrangement of the panels, find out the center point of the pasting surface, draw cross lines, and use the bricklaying method to arrange the panels from the center point (it is best to wear gloves to avoid contamination).

(2) Use a steel ruler and a sharp utility knife to cut or modify the surface of the cutting board. If you want to reduce the seam, you can tilt the blade inward by 0.5-1mm during cutting, so as to facilitate the butt joint of the board edge and reduce the gap.

(3) Paste 1. Cement or wooden base surface: You can choose benzene-free all-purpose glue or white latex with neoprene as raw material.

(4) Base surface of paper-faced gypsum board: on the premise that it is not easy to be affected by moisture, white latex or wallpaper glue made of cellulose can be used (after the glue is pasted, it should be fixed with nails immediately to avoid the glue from being dry. board movement). On the premise that it is easy or likely to be damp, you can choose a universal glue.

(5) Polyester fiberboard is a porous material, which can easily absorb glue, block holes, and affect the sound-absorbing function of the rear cavity. It is recommended to apply glue on one side during construction (only apply glue to the substrate or keel, and the amount of glue to be applied is slightly heavier than normal). It can also be reinforced with studs. 4. Treatment of Yin and Yang corners Can be done for Yin and Yang corners, and the method is the same as that of aluminum-plastic panels.
