How much is paneling?
We have factories in Yancheng and Foshan with 4 production lines and 10 CNC machines covering an area of 25,000 square meters.
Thickness, density, flame retardancy, 3D processing, and etched surface all affect the price; however, colors from our regular inventory do not affect the price.
Higher density means higher price; however, higher density does not necessarily mean better panel quality. It depends on the application environment and your budget.
Polyester Panel Installation Method
1. Polyester wall panel
A simple method is to install the polyester fiber acoustic panels with white glue and gun nails directly. Or you can leave a gap between the panel and the wall for better acoustic performance.
2. Polyester ceiling tile
When the polyester fiberboard used as a ceiling panel, you can cut into small pieces. The polyester fiber acoustic panels can be attached to the keel by gluing or stitching. Board edge can be modified with a practical knife. Various carving patterns are possible, and the board can also be bent, too.
3. Polyester sound absorber
Polyester fiber panel has toughness and tensile strength that can be attached directly to the edge of the plate with clips or suspension parts, making it acoustic clouds or baffle.

1.Can I get free samples and how long does it take to produce samples?
If the samples you need are in our stock, they will be provided to you free of charge. Customized samples usually take about a week to produce.

Yes, as a manufacturer, we can produce acoustic materials based on your samples or drawings. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
3. How to get an accurate quotation?

T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balanced payment before delivery.
