The Introduction

The hexagon acoustic tiles is a board made of glass fiber as the main raw material. During the production process, there are many criss-cross pores inside. The appearance of these pores does not affect the sound absorption effect of the ceiling, but on the sound absorption performance of the board. protection. Sound propagates in the form of sound waves. Most of the sound waves propagating in the air enter the internal pores of the ceiling, and a small part of the sound energy is reflected through the surface, and the sound entering the human ear is reduced. This is the principle of the sound absorption performance of the glass fiber ceiling.

The eco friendly acoustic panel is anti-bacterial and anti-mold. It is also recycled.

The Installation

1. Wooden keel installation: If there is a wooden keel, you can drive the gun into the wooden keel from the side of the sound-absorbing board at a 15 or 18mm thick oblique angle.

2. Light steel keel installation: when the floor height is higher or the fire protection level is higher, the wooden keel may be reused. During construction, a small piece of wood spacer can be fixed on the light steel keel with self-tapping screws, and then the sound absorption The board is fixed on the wood chip. The specific construction method is the same as above. If it is directly installed on the light steel keel, it needs to be fixed with self-tapping screws.

3. Aluminum keel installation: hit the aluminum keel on the wall surface with self-tapping screws, and then put the sound-absorbing board on the card on the aluminum keel.

4. Seam treatment: it can be divided into dense stitching, adding decorative strips, and leaving seams.
