Installation steps of perforated wooden board

The first step is to install the aluminum material on the wooden frame or bottom plate at a distance of 6-600mm.

The second step is to fill the sound insulation foam between the aluminum materials. The recommended filling density is 32-64kg/m. Fill the sound insulation foam with a density of 32-64kg/m between the aluminum profiles.

In the third step, use clips to fix the perforated wood wall panels to the aluminum profile.

The fourth step, if multiple perforated wood wall panels are installed, the distance between each one should be 2-3mm.

In the fifth step, if the perforated wood wall panels is installed horizontally, the notch of the sound insulation board should face down and need to be fixed with clamps. After that, install a sound insulation board to the lowest one.
