The Installation Method

1. Sweep the ground clean to make sure that there are no protrusions and flat.

2. Put acoustic soundproofing mat in the floor and the joints should be neatly sealed. If the edges and corners are uneven, it should be cut with a knife to make sure the edge is flat. Then apply the special glue on the joints. And Stick it firmly and seal it tightly with tape to prevent cement mortar from penetrating under the sound insulation pad during concrete construction, causing a sound transmission bridge.

3. Fold up the edge of the sound insulation pad on the surrounding of walls, and apply construction glue to make it firm. The height of the turn-over pads should be same as the total thickness including the concrete and surface layer. All the joints should be covered with tape and paste tightly.

4. Pave the concrete with a thickness of not less than 40mm C20 fine aggregate concrete. The concrete needs to be equipped with reinforced steel mesh. The acoustic soundproofing mat is commonly used 5mm. The steel mesh cannot pierce the acoustic soundproofing mat and the steel mesh must be in the middle and upper part of the concrete layer. Then pave the concrete with a thickness of not less than 10mm And the water content of C20 concrete should not be too large, which may easily lead to cracking. It is recommended to increase the coverage and maintain moisture for no less than 3 days.
