pet acoustic wall Boards are made from 100% polyester fibre wool which is pressed at high temperatures through low melting point fibre. The polyester fibre is divided into coarse and fine fibres, the fine fibres are known as space wool, the coarse fibres are more elastic and are mainly used as filling for sofas and mattresses. After high temperature pressing it becomes similar to the texture of wool felt.

As no adhesive products are used in the whole process, the formaldehyde content is extremely low, reaching the national standard of zero formaldehyde. 1、Pay attention to the selection of the pet acoustic wall board and row of boards before construction

2、Cut the surface of pet acoustic wall board

Use a steel ruler and sharp knife to cut or trim accordingly, if you want to reduce the seam, you can tilt the blade inward 0.5mm to 1mm when cutting, to facilitate the board edge butt, reduce the gap.

3、Paste polyester fiber board

(1)Cement or wood substrate

You can choose neoprene as raw material of non-benzene glue or white latex.

(2) Paper-faced gypsum board substrate

On the premise that it is not easily affected by moisture, white emulsion glue or wallpaper glue made from cellulose can be used (the glue should be fixed with grain nails immediately after brushing and sticking to avoid the glue not drying and the board moving). On the premise that it is easy or possible to get damp, glue can be used.
