The panel is designed in tongue-and-groove mode and its surface finish can be made of precise laminated board, pre-finished wood veneer, fabric or other materials specified by customers. The movable partition wall is also equipped with vertical and horizontal external frame fabricated by extruded aluminum profiles. The retractable vinyl pressure seals installed on the top and bottom of panel can tightly seal the gaps between the panel and the top and bottom tracks, helping to form a sealed and balanced wall which blocks the propagation of sound wave. The sound insulation effect can reach up to 35 to 58 dB.
What’s more, we design a simple lock-up configuration. The dismountable operating handle enabling 180°rotation controls the extrusion and retraction of retractable pressure seals.
Ultra high 100 type
Ultra-high Movable Partition is designed for movable partition as
high as 6 to 17 m with max soundproof rate 50 dB. Ultra-high type
partition is top hung system, hanging wheel sliding in the track
smoothly and stability without vibration, the 17 meters high partition
can easily moved even being pushed at waist-high. With build-in oriental
device, the panel can make a turn automatically as sliding in the
straight rail.

1.What should I don on site?
A
beam(truss) should built on site for track installation.The min
distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top
ceiling is 200mm.
2. How to install?
We
will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation
job. We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the
installation as request.
3. What is finishing face?
The bottom panel is MDF or plywood, which is unfinished face. You can do decoration on site, such as wallpaper, paint, etc.
We can also provide the product with finished face, such as faux wood, Woven fabric and Leather.
4. What is Procurement procedure?
Firstly,
send us the shop drawings(if the shop drawings is not available, you
can tell us the height from false ceiling to finished floor and width
from wall to wall)
Secondly, we offer you the movable wall layout drawings for your confirmation
Thirdly, we quote the movable wall in accordance with confirmed drawings.
5.Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?
Yes,
our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic
material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve
different acoustic ratings.
The partition panels comes in different
thickness, and different acoustic rating from 36db to 50 db depending
upon the project requirement. We can provide panels with raw MDF or any
type of finish such as laminate, veneers, white boards, fabric,
pin-boards, painted surfaces etc to compliment your bilding environment
and decor.
6. How do the goods packing?
corrugating paper packaging, MDF batten cover all around corner.
The movable wall panel and track, fittings will be packed separately.
